Golfkool only accepts return for any unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from our website. We kindly ask that all customers follow the Return Authorization procedures below to ensure proper processing of your return requests

Terms & Conditions:

• Item(s) can only be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
• Product hangtags must be attached as its original and saleable condition.
• Item(s) that show evidence of excessive wear, misuse and/or launder, will NOT receive refund and will receive charge back shipping cost.
• Original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Submitting a return request:

• Login and submit a return request from your Return Item(s).
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email along with your RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s) back to us.
• We recommend to return the item(s) with a tracking number for your record.
• Once your return item(s) is received and processed, we will issue your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
• Note: Customer is responsible for the return package if damage or lost in transit.

Exchange

We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to make a different selection, please place a new order.
